CONSENT JUDGEMENT ORDER that judgment providing interpleader relief in favor of Banner is granted; that Banner, having irrevocably deposited the death benefit free and clear of all claims or liens with the Clerk of the Court for the benefit of Defendants 4 , be and hereby is released and discharged from and against any and all liability, suits, debts, judgments, dues, sums, and/or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, to any person, entity, claimant or defendant, for any and all benefits arising under and pursuant to Policy No.17B797111, which is the subject of this action, or on account of the death of Ryan Anthony Volker; that the Defendants, Ke Song and Jennifer Volker as the administrator of the Estate of Ryan Anthony Volker, be and are hereby permanently restrained and enjoined from instituting and prosecuting a suit, civil action, or civil proceeding in any slate, federal or other court of competent jurisdiction against Banner seeking benefits or asserting damageclaims arising under to Policy No, 17B797111, which is the subject of this action, or on account of the death of Ryan Anthony Volker; that the Clerk of Court shall disburse the money paid into the Court Registry in this matter in the amount of $300,211.00; that, subject to the disbursement as set forth in this Order, this Matter is hereby dismissed, in its entirety, with prejudice, with each party bearing its own costs.
