      Abbott Gets Some DexCom Patent Claims Wiped Out

      In a series of six decisions over the past week, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board found that roughly two-thirds of challenged claims in four DexCom patents for glucose monitoring systems are unpatentable in a dispute with rival Abbott, which is fighting infringement allegations for those patents in district court.
