    6th Circ. Won't Reopen EEOC Suit Over AutoZone Harassment

    The Sixth Circuit on Friday upheld AutoZone's win over allegations lodged by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that it failed to adequately address a store manager's sexual harassment of female workers, saying the individual wasn't in fact a manager at all and that the company acted quickly once it learned of his behavior.
