    UFCW, Pa. Officials Want State Employee's Dues Suit Tossed

    A UFCW local urged a Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday to toss a former member's suit accusing the union of unlawfully deducting dues from his paycheck, saying his claims are moot because the union refunded him over $1,400, and his state employer stopped withdrawing funds from his wages.
