Borders Trustee Looks To Recover Millions In Lawsuit Blitz
The liquidating trustee for Borders Group Inc. on Friday launched 93 clawback suits against a wide range of companies including Universal Music & Video Distribution Inc., Dell Marketing LP and A&E Home Video Corp., seeking to recover a total of approximately $23 million.

A New York bankruptcy judge on Tuesday refused to allow holders of Borders Group Inc. gift cards to pursue an untimely class action to recover the amounts remaining on the cards, ruling that the holders were provided sufficient notice of the bar date for claims.
