9/11 Victims' Terrorism MDL Against Saudi Arabia Trimmed
A Manhattan federal judge on Wednesday mostly dismissed multidistrict litigation brought by victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, their families and insurers against Saudi Arabia and banks for allegedly backing the terrorist organizations behind the plot, allowing just limited discovery into two ex-Saudi government officials suspected of aiding the hijackers.
