    Utah Will Ask High Court To Reinstate Gay Marriage Ban

    The Utah Attorney General's Office announced Wednesday it will seek U.S. Supreme Court review of the Tenth Circuit decision overturning the state's same-sex marriage ban, bypassing a full-panel appellate rehearing.

    The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday struck down Utah's prohibition on same-sex marriage, a ruling that came the same day a federal district court in Indiana found against a similar ban in that state.
