    DC Circ. Says Arbitrator Must Decide AT&T Union Fight

    An arbitrator, not a federal judge, must decide whether AT&T needs to arbitrate a dispute with the Communications Workers of America over worker classification, the D.C. Circuit ruled Tuesday, reversing a lower court decision that said an arbitration provision in the parties' labor contract didn't cover the issue.
