Following a six-year spat between Allegiant Air and a Teamsters affiliate over pilot scheduling, the Ninth Circuit on Thursday affirmed an arbitration award finding the airline violated the parties' labor contract by changing its scheduling policy, ruling the arbitrator properly relied on the collective bargaining agreement.
