Revlon Reaches Ch. 11 Fee Deal To End Trustee Plan Appeal
Cosmetics giant Revlon Inc. resolved an appeal to its confirmed Chapter 11 plan Friday, telling a New York judge that minor modifications to the plan addressed concerns of the Office of the United States Trustee about the payment of professional fees for nondebtor parties.
