2nd Circ. Rejects Noteholder Appeal Of Latam Ch. 11 Plan
The Second Circuit on Wednesday rejected an appeal of the confirmation of Latam Airlines' Chapter 11 plan, saying holders of bonds in an affiliate of the Chilean air carrier are not entitled to collect post-bankruptcy interest on their notes.
