Where Were Wells Fargo's Senior Management And Board Of Directors?

Five distinguished current or former CEOs sit on Wells Fargo’s human resources committee, the apparent administrator of staff incentive compensation plans. Unfortunately, these same five members have been on this committee through substantially all of the period covered by scandal. It's time for change.
