Law360 (May 30, 2019, 12:08 AM EDT) -- In a Law360 original video, two attorneys working in BigLaw reflect on being mothers while trying to make partner in a culture that has made slow progress toward increasing female representation in the highest ranks.

Law360’s Glass Ceiling Report, which surveys law firms on the demographics of their U.S. lawyer workforce, shows that women represent about a quarter of partners and 21.5% of equity partners.
