The RadioShack bankruptcy estate's committee of unsecured creditors has agreed to dismiss litigation in Texas federal court against lenders Standard General and Wells Fargo Bank, with the retailer putting to rest a related indemnity fight that left its reorganization in limbo, according to a filing Thursday in Delaware bankruptcy court.
