Judge Postpones Detroit Bankruptcy Trial Until August
A Michigan bankruptcy judge on Monday postponed a trial to finalize the bankrupt city of Detroit's plan to pay its creditors by nearly a month, saying the parties needed more time to prepare the massive amount of information that will be presented in the case.
