Verso Gets Nod To Tap $550M In Bankruptcy Financing
A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave paper maker Verso Corp. the go-ahead Wednesday to access roughly $550 million of its up to $775 million post-petition financing package as the company aims to restructure in about six months with a $2.4 billion debt-for-equity swap with creditors.
