Boy Scouts' Ch. 11 Counsel Defend $148M In Fee Applications
Law firms that represented the Boy Scouts of America and other parties in the organization's Chapter 11 case defended their final application for payment of $148.3 million in professional fees Thursday in Delaware, saying work questioned by the Office of the U.S. Trustee was reasonably expected to help the bankruptcy plan process.
