EFH Wants $11.8M Deal Over Texas Taxes Approved
The Energy Future Holdings Corp. companies urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge to approve an $11.8 million settlement with the Texas Comptroller’s Office Friday, arguing the deal would cleanly resolve hundreds of millions of dollars in assessments and refund claims to allow the Chapter 11 reorganization to move forward.
