    10th Circ. Says Ch. 7 Trustee Can Undo 2005 Transaction

    The Tenth Circuit affirmed a Colorado bankruptcy judge's ruling that a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee can invalidate transactions made in 2005 and 2006, finding that the trustee could not have discovered the fraudulent nature of the transactions until Stone Pine Investment Banking LLC filed for liquidation in October 2010.
