A family-run cheese, yogurt and sour cream business that works with retail sale and commercial customers -- including Sargento, Reser's Fine Foods and Amy's Kitchen -- filed for bankruptcy to address legal liabilities and defaulted secured debt after a listeria outbreak forced it to close operations.
