A Texas broadcasting network co-founded and co-owned by TV personality Dr. Phil's production company filed for bankruptcy to sell its assets. It simultaneously sued the other half of the joint venture, Christian broadcaster Trinity Broadcasting Network, alleging it failed to live up to its obligations under the partnership.
