Express Scripts, Mylan Get EpiPen Price Gouging Suit Cut
A Minnesota federal judge on Tuesday trimmed a proposed class action against Mylan, CVS, Express Scripts, United Healthcare and others, alleging the companies schemed to inflate the price of EpiPens, dismissing the bulk of the suit for a lack of evidence the companies were conspiring.
