State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. has asked the Fifth Circuit to deny a Louisiana orthopedic practice's appeal for coverage of more than $500,000 in COVID-19 losses, asking the court not to certify whether COVID-19 causes physical loss before the state Supreme Court.
