Counsel for five state attorney generals urged the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation at a hearing in San Francisco on Thursday to group government cases claiming that pharma giants including Eli Lilly and pharmacy benefit managers such as CVS conspired to hike insulin prices, citing the need for "cooperation and efficiency."
