Customers who sued a Georgia-based sperm bank and its related entities over a donor's genetic abnormalities have been dismissed from a coverage suit brought by Allied World Surplus Lines Insurance Co., the insurer told a Georgia federal court, saying the parties agreed to be bound by the present suit's outcome.
