Emsi charged in Lithuania over petrol station deals

( August 6, 2025, 08:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Petrol-station network Emsi has received a charge sheet from the Lithuanian competition authority accusing it of having failed to duly notify the acquisition of two petrol stations in Vilnius and leasing agreements relating to two petrol stations in Kaunas, which were bought by Antira, a company related to Emsi, and subsequently leased to Emsi. The watchdog said that Emsi breached competition rules and that it should be fined for the conduct. Statement follows....
