Japan logistics provider Senko found in violation of Subcontract Act

( December 12, 2025, 07:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Japanese logistics provider Senko received a corrective recommendation on Friday after being found in violation of the Subcontract Act. The Japan Fair Trade Commission said the Osaka-based company required subcontractors’ staff to work inside its facilities and made them wait for extended periods without compensation. The JFTC instructed Senko to compensate the affected subcontractors for the lost time and implement compliance measures to prevent similar violations in the future.The statement is attached (in Japanese)....
