Legrand sees supportive ruling in French dawn raid constitutional challenge

This lack was remedied by another law that entered force in 2019. The case before the Conseil Constitutionnel was submitted by electrical equipment company Legrand, as part of an appeal against a 2024 antitrust fine, which was based on evidence that included material collected in a raid in 2018.Ruling attached (in French)....
