Plaintiffs urge approval of settlements in US crab price-fixing litigation

In a court filing, they wrote that the defendants that oppose the settlements "demand Plaintiffs file a second supplemental submission that would address various arguments the Opposing Defendants intend to raise at summary judgment or trial to challenge Plaintiffs’ damages calculation, including supposed coordination between crabbers." The plaintiffs said the court has already decided that they "do not need to provide such a detailed analysis of their damages estimate." See court document. ...
