Ribera says green subsidy plan will transform Europe’s industrial base

The EU’s top climate and competition commissioner said that private investments will be de-risked and aid incentivized for less advantaged regions.EU governments will get more leeway to support companies' transition to cleaner energies and the production of green tech, including “temporary relief” for energy-intensive industries, under a new subsidy framework unveiled by Teresa Ribera....
