US DOJ asks judge compel Google to produce remedy analyses in adtech antitrust case

( June 27, 2025, 14:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Department of Justice told a federal judge that Google is paying "lip service" to its discovery obligations in litigation over alleged monopolization of adtech markets, and asked the court in a renewed motion to compel Google's production of internal reports and analyses about divestiture of its AdX and DFP products, among other items. "Google is continuing to withhold relevant, non-privileged material behind improper and unsupported claims of privilege and confidentiality," the DOJ said in a filing to the Eastern District of Virginia. In addition to "slow-rolling" its production of internal divestiture analyses, Google must produce submissions it has made to the European Commission about remedy feasibility, the DOJ said.See attached document....
