The government instead said it's “working constructively with companies” to achieve such a goal, and confirmed a ban on nudification apps used to create AI intimate images. The long-awaited UK government plan to tackle violence against women and girls stopped short of pushing for operating-system-level requirements on tech companies, despite ministers’ ambitions to make it “impossible” for children to "take, share or view nude images on their devices."...
