Thai fuel antitrust probes get new evidence from Energy Ministry

In a statement Friday, the commission said the new evidence concerns the case examining whether major fuel traders unfairly restricted supplies to wholesalers and independent service stations, potentially breaching the Trade Competition Act. The TCCT said it will expedite that case and a separate proceeding over allegedly excessive diesel pricing by an Ang Thong fuel depot, and publish its findings as soon as possible.Statement follows (in Thai)....
