Udio faces new DMCA claim alleging 'illegal scraping' in US copyright suit

They allege the company circumvented technological barriers to access music that it subsequently fed into its large language models. Recent reporting by Billboard demonstrates "the illegal scraping of copyrighted sound recordings from YouTube by Udio," the proposed amended complaint states.
