Antitrust - Nuveen - Preston Hollow Capital's litigation over allege boycott in municipal bond market (US)

Municipal finance company Preston Hollow Capital filed a complaint accusing Nuveen LLC of organizing an illegal boycott of PHC. The complaint claims “Nuveen has forced the leading broker-dealers in the high yield municipal bond market to enter into a horizontal boycott of 100% placements with Preston Hollow, which constitutes a per se violation of the antitrust laws.”
