Antitrust litigation - Haier America Trading - Samsung Electronics et al

Haier America Trading filed a complaint against Samsung Electronics, MPEG LA, LG Electronics, Zenith Electronics, Koninklijke Philips, Panasonic, and Columbia University, accusing them of monopolizing the US television market by charging unreasonably high royalty rates for patents essential to a standard mandated by the US Federal Communications Commission.
