M&A - AbbVie - Allergan

Chicago-based AbbVie has agreed to acquire Dublin-based Allergan for an equity value of $63 billion. The combined company will continue to operate as AbbVie, remain headquartered in Chicago and be run by AbbVie chairman Richard Gonzalez.
