Antitrust - California - Legislation to update Cartwright Act to better regulate digital markets (US)

Two members of the California Assembly, Jordan Cunningham and Buffy Weeks, have introduced a resolution asking the California Law Revision Commission to study the state's 114-year-old Cartwright Act, to see whether the state's primary antitrust statute should be updated to conform with the federal Sherman Act and better reflect modern digital markets.
