Artificial Intelligence - DoD - Anthropic's appellate petition to turn over supply chain risk designation (US)

Anthropic submitted a petition to the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit seeking to reverse the Department of Defense's determination that the company is a supply chain risk. The petition accompanies its lawsuit filed Monday in California federal court.
