Social media platforms face new liability pressure over content removal in Brazil

However, experts say the decision raises questions about the parameters and expect the full judgment will address these concerns.Brazil’s Supreme Court (STF) increased the civil liability of Internet application providers, such as social media platforms, regarding third-party content.
