Washington AG defends claims against T-Mobile in case over data breach

( October 10, 2025, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Washington Attorney General opposed T-Mobile’s motion to dismiss claims in a case over data breach it suffered in 2021. “T-Mobile does not defend the truth or accuracy of its assurances, instead recharacterizing them as inactionable puffery.
