Apple talks over ad-tracking policy 'ongoing,' German antitrust enforcer says

Apple had said last week that it might have to stop applying its controversial App Tracking Transparency, or ATT, framework in Europe citing the uncompromising stance of European antitrust enforcers.Talks with Apple on antitrust compliance for its policy of asking iPhone and iPad users to explicitly authorize apps to collect their data remain ongoing and are "constructive," Germany's competition watchdog said on Monday....
