Tile pushes for arbitration on appeal in US device-tracking case

( October 31, 2025, 21:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Tile filed a reply in support of a US appeals court enforcing an arbitration agreement in a case accusing it of violating privacy guarantees in the California constitution and other laws via physical tracking devices that logged the location and movements of people carrying them, saying plaintiffs misinterpret binding precedent to argue otherwise. Tile said its October 2023 terms of service apply and delegate the question of arbitrability to the arbitrator, and even if those terms did not apply, the earlier terms also delegate arbitrability.
