France, Latvia, Spain must notify measures under EU financial cybersecurity rules

They must inform the commission and the three EU financial supervisory authorities — the European Banking Authority, the European Securities and Markets Authority and the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority — of measures including administrative penalties and remedial actions.
