US FTC must be vigilant against ESG-driven anticompetitive practices, commissioners say

The commitments by Daimler Truck North America, International Motors, PACCAR and Volvo Group North America, as well as the Truck and Engine Manufacturers Association, to also refrain from entering another such agreement in the future "give the Trump-Vance FTC its second win against ESG collusion this month," they said after closing an investigation into Clean Truck Partnership. The FTC must remain vigilant against ESG-driven practices that unlawfully eliminate competition in the use of oil, coal and natural gas to power the American economy, the statement said.The document is attached....
