HPE-Juniper Tunney Act comments can be put on DOJ website, US judge rules

( September 24, 2025, 22:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Justice Department motion for authorization of its plan to publish public comments in the HPE-Juniper Networks merger was granted by a federal judge Wednesday. The US District Court for the Northern District of California granted the motion to excuse the DOJ from publishing all comments in the Federal Register, allowing the agency to publish a link to its website where the comments can be viewed. The order also required that a Federal Register notice include "the identity of each person or entity that submitted a comment, the total number of comments received, and a summary of the content of the comments, including the total number of comments supporting or opposing approval of the proposed settlement."See attached document....
