Digital Networks Act must not jeopardize competition, German advisory body says

The Digital Networks Act is a key chance to modernize Europe's digital infrastructure and regulatory framework, but it must not undermine effective competition, the Germany government’s advisory body said. "A pro-competitive, market-driven telecoms sector remains to the best way to promote investment, innovation and consumer welfare," the commission's Chair Tomaso Duso said.
