RealPage settles rent-setting case with Nevada, with no admission of wrongdoing
( September 20, 2025, 00:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: RealPage has reached a settlement and consent judgment with the state of Nevada regarding its revenue management software use in Nevada and allegations of anticompetitive conduct. RealPage denied the allegations made by the Nevada attorney general and resolved the matter to avoid the costs and distraction of potential litigation, it said in a statement. The proposed consent judgment includes no admission of wrongdoing or liability by RealPage and the release of all Nevada AG claims against RealPage related to allegations about its revenue management products. RealPage will contribute $200,000 to the state for distribution to one or more Nevada-based nonprofit or governmental organizations that provide down payment assistance or rent reduction to Nevada residents. RealPage will also provide annual certifications of compliance to Nevada for a five-year term, and maintain an antitrust compliance program with training for revenue management personnel, it said.Statement follows.
