The court denies the motion for sanctions in part and reserves decision in part, and within 10 days AEG and its counsel are ordered to show cause as to why the court should not order, as a monetary sanction against them, "any and all legal fees incurred by defendants or Rick Mueller regarding AEG's disclosure of the materials," the order filed in the Southern District of New York said.
