    Fla. Hotel To Appeal $1.3M Awarded To Condo Owners

    A Hilton Hotels Corp.-affiliated complex owner who recently won a multimillion-dollar class action in Florida federal court against Fort Lauderdale beachfront condominium owners claiming they were overcharged for the use and maintenance of hotel amenities has said it plans to appeal part of the suit’s resolution that saw $1.27 million in back charges go to the class representative.
